Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After packaging or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds & Defective Items

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on products damaged during shipping or with manufacturer defects. To request a refund or replacement, email contact@velarta.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

General Return Policy

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item

No Refund If:

Your order doesn’t arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you
Your refund request is made after 15 days beyond the 45-day delivery guarantee
