LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Velarta is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping information before placing your order. If the error is on our part, we’ll fully cover the cost and send a replacement at no charge.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred after your items have shipped. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.
